Group Classes

Body Reset is a new fitness program designed for men and women age 40+, business professionals looking for a quick morning workout, busy Moms and Dads and those new to fitness or looking to get back into fitness. Our unique fusion program includes strength and targeted mobility training that works to open up your body so you can move better and feel better!

Each 45-minute class consists of 30 minutes of strength training and core work using various fitness accessories such as free weights, resistance bands, gliders, TRX straps, pilates balls for effective and safe core work, and of course body weight.

The class ends with mat-based targeted mobility training that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips and tight hamstrings.  This method of deep stretching delivers flexibility gains quickly.
