Active in sports since high school and dissatisfied with run-of-the-mill gym programs, Theresa turned to the Martial Arts to expand her fitness routine. Eventually earning a Second Degree Black Belt in 2006 she discovered a natural talent and passion for teaching karate and group fitness classes in addition to individual, personalized training sessions. She played a key role in introducing the first cardio kickboxing program in Burlington with Sensei David Nixon. Since then, she has helped motivate students to punch and kick their way into fitness — reaching their goals and increasing their confidence levels.

Her dynamic and personable approach to group instruction and one-on-one personal training has made her a popular fitness trainer both on and off the floor.

Theresa continues to pursue her passion for fitness by continuing her education in the fitness industry so that she can serve her clients to the best of her knowledge and their potential. Theresa’s motto: Movement is improvement!
